MY TOP 5 FOUNDATIONS

In todays post I am showing you huys my top favourite foundations, including one BB cream. The prices for each of the foundation varies, but I shall let you see as we go on...

1.) My all time favourite foundation has got to be the Giorgio Armani Maestro Fusion Foundation (SPF 15). This retails at £39.00 which is quite a lot for a foundation, I must admit! However it is worth the money! The texture of this foundation is like silk, it's a very thin liquid texture which glides on to the skin without effort of buffing in. Also the added benefit of having a 'dropper' for me is great. The only downside to this foundation is that it isn't great coverage if you had bad blemishes, so concealer at the ready! I have also read reviews about it sticks to dry patches of skin, however I haven't found this a problem. All in all I think this foundation is a great product, and I feel as though you do get what you pay for! Hooray!

2.) My very close second favourite is the Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Even Finish Foundation (SPF 15). This is basically my go-to foundation when my skin is at it's worst! It manages to cover blemishes, even out discolouration and just give my skin a healthy glow. A great added factor is that it has SPF in it, so your skin is also protected from getting damaged when you are out and about. The texture is a mixture between a liquid and a cream but buffes into the skin with ease. This retails at a slighty cheaper rate than the Maestro fusion at £30.00. A great all rounder!

3.) A treasured foundation, actually the first "high-end" one I ever bought is NARS Sheer Glow Foundation. This is a runny liquid texture but slighty thicker than the Maestro Fusion. It blends beautifully, and it gives your a lovely glow, that still manages to be seen underneath powder and bronzer. This retails at £30.50. Again well worth the money in my opinion!

4.) When I first tried the Bobbi Brown Luminous Moisturising Foundation I did not like it. It left my face super shiney! Luminous indeed! However recently I made a re-discovery and fell in love. On my face I need to add a little powder to set it around my T-Zone, but apart from that my skin looked full of life and vitality! I think this would be a great summer foundation as it's light and gives your coverage but doesn't feel 'cakey'. This retails at around £31.00.

5.) Lastly, but no means least is the Garnier BB Cream, Miracle Skin Perfector. This a brilliant BB cream in my eyes. Its light weight but provides great coverage, almost like 'full-coverage'. It doesn't feel heavy on the skin, but more like you are just wearing moisturiser. You can get this readily avaliable in most drug stores, eg. Superdrug and Boots etc, and its very cheap too, retailing at £6.66. Bargin surely?!

P.S. My shade colours in all the foundations are:

1.) 4.5
2.) Warm Sand 2.5
3.) Deauville
4.) Warm Sand 2.5
5.) Light/Clair
