PRODUCT REVIEW - LAURA MERCIER CAVIAR STICK EYESHADOWS

Image
I got these as a set of mini's, you get six differnet colours in a set, varying from mattes to shimmers. All of the colours are all very wearable and I wouldn't say that there is a 'dud' shade in the bunch. I really like the texture of these, they are very smooth and glide on to the eyelids without effort, so great for putting on in a rush!  As these are cream eyeshadows they can tend to slip and slide on the skin, however these have really good staying power, I went straight from work to the gym and this was still in-tact after a good sweat! I would say these could rival the longevity of the By Terry Ombre Blackstars! Big statement, I know! Sugar Frost - A gold shimmer Ganache - A matte dark brown Khaki - A moss green with shimmer Amethyst - A light pinky/purple with shimmer Aubergine - A matte dark plum Rosegold - A pink/gold shimmer

PRODUCT REVIEW - LAURA MERCIER METALLIC CREME EYE COLOURS

I serial lusted after these...They looked so gorgeous! I've not seen many people talk about these, so I thought I would do a post on them. The first thing I love is that they come in mini tubes! So handy for travelling and just great to get the product out of. Now the colour pay off is so unique! So much shimmer and so much colour. I only have one word to say about them. Beautiful. I purchased three colours... First up is 'Gold'. Now I must say this was the colour I was the most dissapointed with becuase it's not actually 'gold' its more of a silver gold.  Next is 'Burnished Copper'. Now this is what it says on the tube...A dark copper, so beautiful. And lastly the one I really fell for is 'Rose Gold' again, aptly described, but oh wow.  I Loveee it! My only criticism of these is that they do migrate on the lid, so make sure you use an eye primer. Apart from that I would totally say go and buy these!

PRODUCT REVIEW - LAURA MERCIER PETITE BAKED EYE COLOUR BONBONS - AMETHYST TRIO

When I first got this product I didn't particularly like it. Purple tones scared me and I thought I would end up looking like someone drew crayola all over my eyes. But in the past couple of weeks I've been feeling more adventurous and have been wearing this under my lower lash line for a pop of colour. The actual product comes with three shades of purple. The lightest Soft Amethyst is a quite light, so its great for the inner corner of the eye as a highlight. Next up in the middle is Lilac, described on point, a lilac with some shimmer throughout. And lastly comes Violet Sky, the darkest of the three, a very intese rich violet. These look great together or worn on their  own.
